Is Cobalt Pilates Right for Me?
There are a lot of Pilates providers out there;
there is something for everyone!
Here are a few ways you’ll know that Cobalt Pilates is right for you:
01
You prefer truly private instruction
At Cobalt Pilates, it's just me and you. In a serene, judgment-free space, I will observe your strengths and weaknesses, assess any injuries or limitations, and focus on your specific goals. Overtime, I will get a feel for your unique movement patterns and craft sessions to keep you progressing.

02
You're looking specifically for Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates can be one of the more intense forms of Pilates and revolves around the machine. Like mat Pilates, reformer Pilates is still low-impact, but it can also be as challenging as you want it to be. If that’s what you’re looking for, Cobalt is for you!
03
You are suffering or have suffered from chronic pain
This isn’t a prerequisite to sign up, as all are welcome! As someone who used Pilates to help heal from spinal fusion surgery in 2009, however, I bring a unique perspective to my training that can be particularly helpful for those recovering from an accident, surgery, birth or any of the many other things that require a healing process.
